Recruitment

Among HR applications; recrutiment is the most emphasized stage for us. We believe that, if we choose the right person; we will properly manage his/her performance, plan career and develop his/her level of efficiency to the highest level. In recruitment process; we give importance if candidates’ have required qualifications and competencies for the position, nonetheless if he/she is open to change & development and likes teamwork.  From the employee; we do not only expect executing his current task, we do also look for his/her personal and career development.


Education

HR Department organizes training programs for employees in order to develop themselves through company’s strategies, objectives, mission and quality principles. These training programs which are for every position in this company aims to provide necessary skills and knowledge to employees in order to execute their task professionally.  In order to determine the training needs for individuals and positions, HR department organizes an “Identifying Training Needs Survey” once in each year. Besides, the results obtained from performance management system are also used for identifying the training needs.
Our goal is creating a learning organization and developing our employees continuously. We are aware that keeping our leadership in insulation sector depends on continuous learning and development  of our company and employees.



Performance Management

The process of Performance Management System starts with identifying the annual goals and objectives of the company. Determining the employees’ annual performance goals & objectives is taking on a shape after identifying unit and department strategies, priorities and objectives. The employees are evaluated by their competencies which are designated by company management. The results from competency interviews forms data for employees’ training, development and career plans. All employees pursue to execute their tasks throughout whole year in order to achieve their performance goals which were already determined at the beginning of the year. Managers make medio-interviews with their subordinates at least once a year regarding their performance goals and competencies . The frequency of these medio-interviews are determined through the employee’s and department’s performance situation.  


Proposition / Award System

We are applying proposition and award system to provide all existing staff’s contribution to the company’s management process and to ensure evaluating all individual ideas which can improve quality and efficiency among all processes of company. The propositions prepared by employees (regardless from his/her position in company) are collected by HR Department. These propositions are prepared by filling-in a “Proposition Form” with it’s attachment(s) if there is any. The propositions are evaluated, accepted and awarded by an evaluation committee. Each proposition is evaluated through some issues like applicability, originality, efficiency, compliance with goals, customer-oriented, …etc.
