Terms of Use
Consumption

ODE Konfix
250 - 400 gr/m2
Spread to both surfaces and applied after 10 min.

For Pipe :
Pipe length x insulation thickness x 1,3 x consumption

For Sheet :
Area to adhere x consumption amount
ODE Tape PVC Grey Tape
Pipe length is multiplied by 1,3

ODEFLEX Pipe Application Details

ODEFLEX Pipes are cleanly cut with a knife. It shall be paid attention so that the material does not break during the cutting process.

The ODEFLEX cut and opened will be put through on the pipe that the application will be made. ODE Confix is spread on to the joining parts of the pipe.

It is firmly adhered with hands.

After the adhesion process, joining surfaces are fixed with ODE clips in 20 cm distances. With the ODE Clips the opening of adhesion is prevented before it dries.

The joining parts of ODEFLEX pipes are taped with ODE Band and ODE Tape PVC Band so that the insulation is finished.

On top of ODEFLEX which ODE Band is applied, 40 cm width ODE Foil is covered and the insulation is finished.
