OPIM

  • It is produced from galvanize.
  • The base is a product from austere metal and has a part which is self adhesive.
  • It is 35 - 60 - 100 mm long brace pins.
  • It can be used with glasswool, stonewool, expanded polystyrene, rigid and flexible polyurethane foam, phenolic foam, cork insulation board and other similar insulation materials.

OPIM application of fiberglass duct

  • The surface that Opim will be applied shall be clean and free from dust and humidity.
  • The atmosphere temperature and metal surface temperature shall be minimum 5°C.
  • Insulation board is placed on the pins.
  • Insulation material is pressed until it adheres to the base.
  • Self locking scales will be assembled to the pins so that the sides with bulges are on the exterior side.
  • Scales are pressed until they adhere to the insulation surface.
  • Finally, pins that are longer than normal shall be cut.

 

 

Aluminium Foil Tape / Reinforced

 

  • It is used in the impermeability of the aluminium foil coated insulation materials and place of joints of vapor preventing aluminium foils.
  • There is no change in its specifications in cases of temperature changes.
  • It is used for the impermeability of the place of joints of the insulation systems that are aluminium foil covered, the HVAC ducts and pipe lines.
  • Temperature Resistance: -20° C / +120° C

  • It is used in the impermeability of the aluminium foil coated
    insulation materials and place of joints of vapor preventing
    aluminium foils.
  • There is no change in its specifications in cases of
    temperature changes.
  • Temperature Resistance: -10° C / +110° C
