OPIM Application

Placement of insulation

  • First of all, insulation board shall be carefully placed on the pins.
  • Afterwards, the insulation material is pressed until it rigidly conjoins the gun.
  • Self locking scales will be assembled to the pins so that the sides with bulges are on the exterior side.
  • Scales are pressed until they adhere to the insulation surface.
  • Finally, pins that are longer than normal shall be cut.

Required OPIM Amount

The Opim amount that is required for use per m2 in accordance with the density and thickness of the insulation material used is given in the below table.
