ODE Isıpan Storage Details
Matters To Be Considered After Sale of ODE Isıpan
1. Direct Sun Impact
Due to the characteristics of Extruded Polystyrene Foams that requires prevention of direct sun light and UV, ODE Isıpan must be protected from direct sun light during storage, transportation and application.
ODE Isıpan product packages must be stored horizontally on a plane surface during transportation and storage; and single loading impacts that may cause deviation in the squares of the boards should be avoided (for instance, they should not be tied tightly with a rope during transportation and storage.
2. High Temperature
ODE Isıpan product should not be exposed to temperatures over 75°C during transportation and storage, and they should not be used in application details over a temperature of 75°C. Settings that can cause high temperature underneath such as dark colored blankets should be avoided during storage. The boards, of which the surface is exposed to sun lights for a long time, several problems can occur, including (surface deterioration) efflorescence, variations in dimensional stability and mechanical compression resistance.
3. Chemicals
ODE Isıpan boards, which can be used in conformity with the building materials, should be kept away from all solvent-containing compounds, solution-containing petrol derivatives, and bleaching and abrasive chemical substances.
4. Fire Effect
ODE Isıpan boards are manufactured in E Fire Classification with the addition of fire delaying additives. They, however, need to be kept away from combustible materials and severe flame sources during transportation, storage and application.
4. User's Responsibility
It should be underlined in the application of ODE Isıpan Boards that the manufacturer of the auxiliary products to be used, which does not bear the ODE brand, should be contacted for the conformity of the material with ODE Isıpan boards and that the possible liability will lie with the user.
