At flat roofs, prior to the ODE MEMBRAN application, the surfaces which application will be made on are corrected with repair mortar. For the purpose of providing the rain-water to reach to the filters, %1-5 sloped screed finish application is made.

Over the screed finish or flooring concrete, ODE bituminous emulsion is applied as cold with the help of a brush. Bituminous Emulsion provides convenience in the adherence of polymer bituminous membranes to the surface through welding torch and prevents the dusting on the surface.

In ODE MEMBRAN application, polyethylene film-coated surface is torched until the film is melted. For the adherence to be complete, the concrete surface to which bituminous solution has been applied should also be heated through welding torch before the roll is rotated.

While ODE MEMBRAN is being applied at vertical, the polyethylene film-coated surface is torched until the film is melted. Especially in hot weathers, the applicator should press the roll to the surface until the complete adherence is provided. Unless the adherence is provided, prior to the re-heating operation, cooling of the membrane should be waited.

After ODE MEMBRAN application, water impermability testing shoud be done by blocking the filters.
