Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Management Accounting graduate Kemal Direk began his professional career at the ECA Group. Throughout his time in various companies within the group, he held positions such as Manager of Financial and Administrative Affairs. After 9 years in the ECA Group, Mr. Direk worked as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs at Ege Pazarlama, a company under the POLAT group, for 3 years.

Between 1999 and 2012, he served as the Financial Affairs Manager and Deputy General Manager at the Italian company Ferroli, where he played a key role in expanding the company's operations in Turkey and initiating production operations in the country. He has been serving as CFO at Ode Yalıtım since 2012, managing the Financial Affairs and Information Technologies operations.
